How It All Started
My passion for recipes traces back to childhood, standing on a stool beside my grandmother as she taught me how to make her famous cinnamon rolls. The kitchen was our playground, and those early mornings, filled with the scent of rising dough and the promise of something delicious, planted the seed for what would become a lifelong love affair with food.
In my teens, I became the “official” family baker, crafting treats for every holiday and occasion. There was something magical about seeing people light up when they tasted something made just for them. I realized that food had a unique power: it could turn strangers into friends and simple gatherings into cherished memories.
I started Lady Dish because I wanted to share that magic. Writing down recipes, capturing photos, and connecting with readers all over the world felt like a natural extension of the love I’d poured into my own kitchen.
